In 2018, I began teaching an Executive Seminar called Gen X-Y-What? Capitalizing on a Multigenerational Workforce. The seminar focused on learning how to best manage employees of different ages, educational levels, and experiences. It allowed leaders to see opportunity where before they saw obstacles. The response was overwhelming and so I decided to teach a few more sessions on this topic and to proceed with a series of follow-up topics next year.

What makes these seminars different

Leaders in any organization must understand that our differences are our best assets…our competitive edge. The sooner we learn to successfully manage them, both personally and professionally, the better we position ourselves in the local and global marketplace. My experience both as a college professor and in the private sector informs what you will learn. No gimmicks, no fluff. You will learn research-based information that you can immediately apply and see results. We go in-depth on issues so we don’t waste time, and ultimately not waste your money. My goal is to help improve your bottom line.

Cost

I debated this at length with my team because I did not want this to be beyond the reach of managers in smaller businesses. My ultimate goal is to have as many people as possible learn this information and immediately see results. That said, I do have my own expenses to cover as well. We came to the conclusion that the course would have an introductory price of $599 for a six-class seminar that meets twice per week for three weeks. The goal is to maintain this price-point as long as possible.
